For your first appointment you will have an initial consultation to talk about why you have come for a treatment and go through your personal history. A consultation form will be sent to you prior to your appointment but there will be time to fill this in if you have not been able to do this before arrival. This will also include assessments to look at your overall posture as well as the affected area before going ahead with your treatment.

Depending on the areas that require treatment you may be asked to lay on your front, back or side. If you are unable to lay on any of these please just say and the treatment can be adjusted or performed in a seated position.

1 hour | £50

A 1 hour treatment is perfect for anyone who has multiple aches and pains to allow more time to focus on them in the same session. Also if you have a more complex issue or just fancy a full body massage.

This treatment will either cover the body as a whole and require you to lay on your back, front and possibly side; or it will focus on specific areas for a longer time. If you are unable to lay in any of these positions please just say and the treatment can be adjusted or performed in a seated position.

Due to the nature of this massage please feel free to wear a pair of shorts if this makes you feel more comfortable.

Allow 60 minutes.

30 Minutes | £25

A 30 minute treatment is excellent if you only have one area that you would like to focus on that doesn't require a more complex approach.

This is only available after the First Appointment assessment to allow for the full treatment time.

Allow 30 minutes.

90 minutes | £70

This is perfect for multiple aches and pains or more complex issues to allow more time to focus on each while still receiving a full body treatment.

This treatment will cover the body as a whole and will require you to lay on your back, front and possibly side. If you are unable to lay on any of these please just say and the treatment can be adjusted or performed in a seated position.

1 hour Emergency, Same Day | £60

If you have suffered an injury that requires immediate attention. The nature of the injury will dictate on the type of treatment that you can receive and this will be discussed with you before you come in for the appointment.

Event Support | POA

Providing support for specific events that you are aiming for. This will help you be in tip top condition for you event and will be tailored to fit in with your training schedule.

As well as pre-event treatments, this will include post-event treatments to aid recovery.
